As an inspiring impulse-generator, motivator, catalyst, but also challenger, I have been able
to instill pleasurable learning-experiences in a variety of companies and
contexts, to moderate between completely different positions and cultures, to
change perspectives, guide leaders, bring about surprising breakthroughs and to ensure
lasting positive changes.
It helped me with my many years of experience and broad knowledgebase, my holistic education, an unshakeable sense of humor, excellent communication skills, my empathy with the world of others, serenity and security in conflict situations and group-dynamic processes, a precise observation and quick comprehension and not least my always curiouscreative spirit.
Throughout my career, I've also had some existential crises and serious economic setbacks to overcome, but they've always encouraged me to reflect, evolve and reposition, and not least teached me humanly important lessons.
